• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
• For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

We work with trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure timely deliveries across India.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services globally in the near future.

• Sláinte Vie is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact our support team for assistance.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email/phone.
